Rain on the shore / Regen op de oever

[Engels] Rain across the shore

On the other side of the shore you can see (on one picture only on the left side of the image) rain pouring down from the darkening clouds. Picture taken in April from the boulevard of Vlissingen, TheNetherlands. It looks as if the rain really just fals on the far end (the other shore that is) and not on the sea... The other side is about 2 miles away and is NieuwSluis/Breskens.

Sunshine on the Sea / Zonneschijn op zee

[Engels] Sunshine on the sea: beautifull and darkening at the same time

Picture taken in April (last week during holiday at the sea) from the boulevard in Vlissingen, TheNetherlands, looking at the open sea (entry) at about 5 o'clock in the afternoon. The dark sky above leaves a nice spot for the sunrays to shine trough the dark clouds and beautifully reflect the sunlight on a calm sea surface. So nature in darkning and beautifull pose at the same time.
